It's like a whole resort in one building. We booked this last minute and were surprised how much we loved it. Apartment is very big with plenty of space and a nice view of city at night. Beds were comfy, clean with good air con & fans. The TV area was good and finally a comfy couch for a movie night. There were even pods to wash our clothes that dried easily in the heat overnight. Everything you could need in the kitchen too. The floor that has the pool etc is amazing. 1 large but quieter pool in the shade by the gym but the opposite side as a second infinity pool that's very beautiful with a view of the sea. There is a coffee, smoothie and snack vending as well as a little takeaway vending machine for noodles and dumplings etc. You could stay here all day without needing to leave. We did pop in the roof to look at the views and have a peak. Was absolutely deserted and peaceful. We can't really comment on the lifts. We travelled during Ramadan which is apparently a super quiet time for travel. Lifts were fine for us but no idea about the rest of the year. (I only have a picture of one of the second bedroom. My sister stayed in the master en suite which was bigger and a bit nicer than my picture)

Wayne is an incredible host, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay. The home is equipped with everything we needed, including a water dispenser, shampoo, hairdryer, iron, and washing machine. It's also very baby-friendly with a cot, high chair, and baby utensils. We were especially impressed by how Muslim-friendly the home is, with a Kiblat, separate kitchen utensils, and other thoughtful details that cater to Muslim guests. Even though we're not Muslim, we truly appreciated how Wayne takes care of all types of guests. The kids loved the swimming goggles and floats provided, which made us feel so warm and cared for. We also enjoyed Netflix on the TV. Highly recommend this home for families or anyone looking for a thoughtful and inclusive

Apartment is very new and size is perfect for 6 of us. Like it as washing machine is provided. There are many facilities on level 11, many swimming pools, gym room, jogging track, children playground, reading room, Internet room, table soccer. There is even food vending machine if you need supper.

The spaciousness. 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The beds are super comfy. The view is wonderful, cityscape and seascape. the 2 swimming pools, , the tv streaming capabilities., I like the choice of overhead fan or air conditioning: and each room has its own remote control. Attentiveness of the staff to charging and drainage issues was quick, friendly and efficient. Glad a water purifier was available so we didn’t have to boil water or buy bottled water. The price is a good value for what you get.

Excellent location — just right after the Penang Bridge, before entering the Georgetown city centre which means we avoid the traffic congestion. And yet it is near many famous makan places — Jalan Burma, Pulau Tikus, Kimberley Street are all within 15min driving. Unit is spacious with comfy beds and blackout curtains. Fabulous sea view swimming pool is such a bonus. Quick response from the operator.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment is spacious and has excellent view, south facing with water, city and mountain views. Convenient distance to the morning market and evening eating stalls. Lovely swimming pools with "rainforest showers". Good wifi service. Location has good bus transportation to Georgetown.

-Love the suite we could capture sunset and sunrise view from the suite. We can even dry our clothe with the direct sunlight received ! -Clean facility and new appliances - beautiful clean and quiet environment -useful facilities- park for exercise , and big swimming pool area.

The apartment was very cozy and comfortable. I loved it more becase it has a washing machine. My family love the staycation here and they enjoy the swimming pool a lot. Check in and check out also very easy and smooth. Thank you Host. Highly recommended unit.
