IrelandThis was our favourite place to stay in Nicaragua. It was so good we actually returned to Ometepe for an extra 5 nights of pure relaxation! We are backpacking around Central America and loved how homely this accommodation was. The rooms are so nice, clean and excellent value. The grounds are maintained beautifully and there is a lovely pool to rest by, perfect after climbing Volcan Concepcion. The staff are so helpful and friendly. WiFi is also perfect for a bit of remote working!

AustraliaThe host family was amazing, so accomodating. Private rooms were comfortable, great air conditioning, the common areas were beautiful. Lovely place to sit and relax. The price was unbeatable, and we even rented a scooter for the whole week through the host. Brilliant stay.

AustraliaExcellent location, chill vibe and close to some beautiful beaches. The staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond for us the entire time we were there. We had some issues with a flat tyre after checkout and they assisted us to get it fixed in time to make our ferry. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was huge and a great temperature. The grounds were lovely and we saw lots of howler monkeys, squirrels and birds every morning. The cabin was comfortable with air con in each room. We had a couple of maintenance issues but the staff came to fix immediately.

The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained with a great view of the volcano from your front porch. The swimming pool was very clean and even included a diving platform. Our kids loved it! The hotel offers a good breakfast and effective air conditioning (if a bit noisy). The bathroom appeared brand new and would be perfect if it had hot water. Everything worked well - shower is cold water but not only do you get used to it, you need it. The property is a few minutes walk from the ferry port in Moyogalpa.
