The service went above and beyond our expectations. The staff did absolutely everything for us like provide us packed lunches for our trip to the airport and were extremely gracious towards our requests. The free tour, yoga session, and sundowner (with momos and tea) were also entertaining and set a great vibe for our stay. The food was amazing as well and I really appreciated all the dishes we ate for lunch and dinner. It was also nice to have the on-site sauna and jacuzzi. This is a great place to stay to get a much-needed breath of fresh after you get tired out from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu.

All staffs are friendly and there to provide any little helps. Check-in and welcome ceremony were impressive. Swimming pool is good size and in a good location, plenty of sitting area in the garden and bar. Also, thanks for fruits basket and cookies. Transport arrangement was also excellent. Food in the restaurant was good and not expensive.

I was warmly welcomed upon arrival at the Aloft Thamel Kathmandu, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The atmosphere of the hotel made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The food was also delicious, and I really enjoyed every meal. Concierge staff Rishav, Roshan P., and Nama were especially helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back here again!

I had a wonderfull stay at Marriott Kathmandu. Starting with the checkin. As i had an early check in i got a room in lower floor, but then later got a room on 7th floor. Which was fantastic. The entire personal from the hotel was very nice, professional. A huge thanks to the people working at the restaurant, the food was fantastic, they treat every gast very professional and solve every wish, I can only recomend this hotel. It is near to Thamel, and each staff member helps each time. a big THANK YOU!
