Location by the marina. Excellent, spacious room, new furniture, clean, quiet, good shower. AC was working well. Good selection of programs on TV including major US news channels. Good wifi. Good restaurant at the ground floor, with patio. Generally a quiet, peaceful place to unwind and relax.

Wow, what a way to end our new zealand trip! The hosts were so friendly and the houde very comfortable. Great pool and jacuzzi facilities as well. Beautiful gardens reminding us of southern France overlooking the stunning Parua Bay. Would recommend!
