Welcomed by friendly receptionist. Place was close to the main town of Sur. The surrounding area also had restaurants & supermarket. Very affordable. Building had a lift as well.

I say this from the bottom of my heart that I could not recommend another hotel more than Sur Grand Hotel! We had 2 flat tires an hour out of sur at midnight. Hotel had 24 hour reception, Hussein picked up within a few rings and was so reassuring, chartered a taxi back for us and arranged for everything the next day to help us fix our tires even though it was a weekend. Owner of hotel even came down to send his regard and make sure we were ok. Truly wonderful experience of Omani hospitality! Other than that, room was impeccable, had a free upgrade with balcony view, breakfast was sumptuous

Good hotel outside the city center with parking space restaurant and bar. The room is big and confortable with a lot of space and a big bath. Continental breakfast perfect and we try also the buffet dinner very good. Staff kind and helpfull. Swimming pool open until late evening and also gym zone.

Facing the beachfront in Sur, Tiwi Pearl features an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace.

The hotel is luxurious for the place it is situated. Its a modern house with pool, three floors of apartments, nicely decorated and furnished, clean and so on. But this on its own is normal so to say and doesn't mean a 10/10. What makes this a 10/10 is the lovely receptionist guy. First of all we had some issues during the day and were going to be late for check in, we arrived at 8:30pm. The guy stayed extra in order to let us check in. Then he offered us to go to the nearby restaurant and he would pick us up dinner if we were hungry (he offered it for breakfast too). He made sure we had everything we need - coffee, tea, water, medicine (as we were also sneezing a bit) so an amazing friendly guy. The next day we checked out and went to do Wadi Tiwi (which I recommend and was the reason we stayed in the area) and not only did he let us leave the car in the parking there, but also after we came back from the Wadi and had already checked out, he let us take a hot shower and change our clothes. If his boss reads this review, your receptionist guy is amazing !

We enjoyed staying in our own house with our own private pool. The location of the house is very well suited to explore the spectacular wadis and nice beaches around Sur. In the evening you can have dinner in Sur, it is just a 5 minute drive to the city center. The house is spacious and very clean, the living room is huge! The owner was extremely hospitable and welcoming.

The location is Amazing, 2 minutes by car to the Wadi Shab and the place has a private beach with a staircase that brings you there directly. The staff was very kind and we had everything we need.

The villa is very private and u get the whole villa with a nice garden and swings , jacuuzi and fully equipped kitchen to urself. It’s a great place to do bbq or swim and its safe and secure, lovely for kids. The villa was fully equipped but u need to take your own toileiteries. The host was quick and responsive and we loved the horses. All in all, its a great private place for urself. It was easy to find with the address by the location pin given by th owner and it was close from wadi shahab.

The staff were very helpful and always smiling especially Mr. Kevin in front desk. The location is wonderful near the fantastic beach. City centre is 5 to 10 minutes driving. Breakfast was good and food from the restaurant was good as well.
