I like the atmosphere and the vibes , it’s so calm and very relaxing. Also the staff should all be given “most hospitality award” they make you feel like home , my niece said it’s like staying with our relatives the way they treated us , very attentive and accommodating.

The cabanas were lovely and even roomier in actual. The space was more than enough, even with an extra bed in a cabana double. The food was excellent, if a bit pricey (though to be expected; these were resort prices). The amenities one would need are readily available. The spa was amazing. UNWND also accommodated our accessibility request, given that we were traveling with a senior citizen. We were given a cabana closest to the restaurant. This was very much appreciated.

The location is perfect and as a German Born filipino eating at the German owned Eatery called, Leckeres Essen ( Delicious Food ), just around the corner of the Hotel is an extra Bonus. The staff Joy and Grace made an excellent European and Filipino Breakfast which also included the owners home made Marmalade. As far as I remember the owners are from France. The pool is clean and well maintained which is not always the case at a season when there are usually none or only a few guests to expected to be staying.

The property is well-kept and near the beach area. The property has very good AC. The host provided enough cooking utensils, pans, plates, and bowls for my family's use. All of the property's utilities were working (bathroom, TV, fridge, microwave and toaster) and had fast internet.

The staff are all friendly and accomodating. From front desk to our butlers, to security guards. They are all very respectful and made our stay truly amazing and worthwhile. Special mention to our butler, Claire and massage therapists, Marilou and Maila who did their best to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The manager, apologies, (I didn't get her name) took time to check on us from the time we arrived until we left the place. The security guards are very professional and we feel safe seeing them made sure we can maneuver our car around and park safely. All the staff are respectful and well mannered. We'll definitely come back soon with other members of family. God bless to the whole team.
