We are delighted. We had a room in the palace and in the outbuilding. The one in the palace was very fancy, the one in the outbuilding was standard, everything we needed, and most important - very clean. Really nice and well-kept facility. Very important information for others - you can go from the outbuilding to the palace or the pool area underground, so it is really great for guests that they can move between buildings in bathrobes without worrying about the weather. DELICIOUS breakfasts. My partner has a gluten-free diet and the restaurant took care of him both in terms of bread and dessert. Thank you! Service - 10 stars. Each person deserves a personal thank you, but we will write in general that both the SPA zone, reception, restaurant and people taking care of the cleanliness of the facility were so nice, smiling and helpful that I heard from all three of my companions that if the Tri-City, this is the only hotel from now on we would be staying in. See you and thank you again! ☺️ PS. A lovely accent with Easter gifts.

A good hotel for a holiday with family and children. The friendly staff is pleasant. Clean comfortable rooms, sea view, we did not have a mini fridge in our room. Good pool and sauna. Tasty and varied breakfast, delicious coffee, gofry, there is everything and for every taste, the only thing I would like to add to the breakfast assortment is croissants and good tea. There are two entertainment rooms for children. In general, everything is good, if Gdynia is Hotel Mercury Center!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the sea. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was always pleasant and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety. The swimming pool was a highlight – especially since they even had a separate pool for kids! They also have kids room with a lot of toys and activities. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to tanyoney looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with kids.

Excellent spa - the massage performed by Lena was great! Great sauna and swimming pool Beautiful park, unique interiors, great breakfasts, very well educated stuff f.e. Adam from the bar who was telling us interesting stories about this pace. Also the option - Adults only was super. In general - one of my fave places in Gdańsk.

Privilege room on a 10th floor was an excellent choice, definitely worth spending a little bit more. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Swimming pool is massive and a huge bonus. Great neighborhood! All in all definitelly worth recommending and visiting again.
