The front desk service manager went over and above to accomodate a baggae incident (when the cabdriver was not able to fit a large bag into his car. The Desk Manager took it upon himself to take my bag to the airport!!!!! Thia was the crowning event of a stay that has me looking forward to returning!!!! This manager is GREAT!!!! Please promote him and clone him if possible!!! I told my wife about the most pleasant experience and she will be writing a letter to the management to acclaim this individuals professionalism and conscientious behavior. It was one of the best stay. The services and the staffs were very professional. The restaurant serve you very delicious and have a larger portion of dishes. The breakfast was also amazing with many options of vegetarian and non-vegetarian items. Highly recommended.

Everything worked effortlessly. On arrival we plugged in our car and it worked (for free), we checked in quickly, the spa was amazing with many different saunas, the burger in the Pergola restaurants was one of the best ones we ever had. Just like it should be, but rarely is.
