What I remember most fondly is the warmth and friendliness of the host. I arrived late at night having booked right at the last minute and he was there waiting for me. Although he could not speak English, he made a real effort to chat with me by translating on his mobile - he made sure I had everything I needed and also helped me plan the following day's travels. He very kindly took me on a little walk round his land and showed me his plants and animals. Room and bathroom were clean, heating worked really well so I could warm up on a chilly evening. In terms of transport, there is a bus stop just a couple of minutes down the road with several services a day to Bardejov.
