It was the best! The hotel is very clean and convenient overall. The room, the beach, the pool… the bed was I think the comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept in, the bathroom was amazing, wide, clean and practical. The staff was amazing! They were so friendly and all spoke very good English. The beach is really good too. At first I was scared because they warned us there might be jellyfish but we didn’t see any and everyone else was also enjoying the ocean, so I don’t think it’s common. The sunbeds get busy during the day but we always managed to find one. There are really nice restaurants/bars and massage places on the beach too next to the hotel. There is happy hours during the day at the pool bar and you get 1+1 on the drinks! The breakfast was good with selections wide enough. We haven’t tried the hotel’s restaurant but ordered room service once and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a top resort experience and we definitely want to come back.

I had breakfast at the Waterfront restaurant for the duration of my stay and it was first class service. Khun Pooh helped me feel very comfortable whilst traveling alone to the resort, all the staff knew my name and showed me around the buffet and the food was so fresh and locally grown so the vegetables had extra taste and there were many healthy options available, the fresh juices were equisite.

We stayed at the Khao Lak Marriot on an opening deal and were incredible impressed to say the hotel hadn't even been open for a month. The staff were all superb and each restaurant offers something different. We loved the vast beach at the property and the adult only pool was a very welcomed amenity.

It was the best! The hotel is very clean and convenient overall. Good breakfast with many options. Our child love the lazy river, slides and pools, but was bit scared in the water park because water came with so big pressure and water showers were loud. Kids club was well equipped with many modern toys and was super clean and well maintained! Fish feeding was also fun for kids!

I liked the pool area and the long meandering pool which was able to give privacy in he water because of its design. Te staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were large and spacious. There was a large library of holiday reading books, though most were in German. There was a swim-up bar.

the hotel is centrally located in Khao Lak with lots of restaurants, bars and much more, only 800 m from the most beautiful beach. The staff are nice and helpful, everything is neat and the cleaners are very good in the rooms. outdoors there is a swimming pool with deckchairs and garden furniture, everything is neat and clean. a great hotel if you have a few days in Khao Lak.

Excellent swimming pool and a small like water park within the hotel. The pool access rooms are perfect. The hotel's Thai restaurant is great.

I like the interior and exterior design, the swimming pool is very beautiful, enjoy walking in the morning to see the fish and waterfall, loads of tree and plants around, pool bar staff are lovely too Breakfast girls are lovely and very friendly, and there are lots of choices for breakfast. I am extremely happy with the view from upstairs restaurant while we had a breakfast
