Barcello was only 4 km from Goreme. The hotel is very new and very luxurious. staff were wonderful and most spoke English. I was there for my 60th Birthday and was upgraded to a suite which had full view of hot air balloons each morning. I can not say enough about the hotel and facilities.

We loved to stay the Nar! The host was super nice and helpful! They helped us to book the best fare hot air balloon ride. It’s a “hidden” spot and we really enjoyed the calmness and the view from the top of the room. Although it’s not located in the Center, but the host can transfer you daily from 10:30 to the city and with tours offering pick up services, we did not feel the impact of it being out of the city. Lastly, breakfast is AMAZING! Thank you for having us :)

We had an unforgettable experience at Be Still Alexa Smart Luxury Escape Adults Only! The place is absolutely gorgeous, a real corner of heaven where we felt pampered and relaxed. The resort impresses with attention to detail, the elegance of the decor and the soothing atmosphere. The staff are wonderful – always kind, smiling and willing to do anything to make our stay perfect. We want to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for the care and warmth with which they welcomed us! A detail that completely conquered us was the HOP puppy – an adorable presence that brought a lot of joy, especially to Andrei, who loved him enormously. I stayed in 3 different hotels as my plans were last minute and limited availability but this place was my absolute favourite. The staff went beyond call of duty to assist me. I was communicating with them on whatsapp regarding my arrival as I had some delays , they were very promt . I was welcomed by Tunahan when I arrived very late , his first concern was if I had my dinner. He quickly assisted me to order food from outside as kitchen was closed , I had the smoothest check-in and all information. I was guided to a beautiful room, clean and comfy bed. My morning view was just gorgeous and an amazing breakfast.Even my tour was arranged by them which was very professionally organised compared to feedback I received from other hotel travellers. In the morning I met Damla she was very happy to see me as she assisted me on whatsapp for my arrival. I stayed only 1 night at Sobek , on my departure date from Cappadocia I was very upset that I couldn't make it to my flight without hesitation I contacted Sobek Hotel and Damla arranged my transport from airport so I can stay to have lunch at their restaurant until my next flight.I was welcomed again by Damla with a cup of turkish tea and a warm hug that instantly shifted my mood. As soon as I told them about my flight situation they were very compassionate and did everything to cheer me up . I had an Amazing food and their staff Chala brought me a delicious meal with a smile to cheer me up and the gentleman who made me perfect cup of Turkish coffee.Their manager was the sweetest lady and very helpful, they have a wonderful team. Due to my situation they made sure I reached my destination safely and happy. I have travelled 30 countries but this hotel tops it all.

    A extremely relaxing, very confortable, luxury and beautiful Hotel like a palace with museum! There are also a Sauna, Turkish Hamam, swimming pool and best massages for a perfect stay. The reception and service is 24 hours available, very friendly and fullfilling every wish. We highly recommend the great cave rooms with romantic, colorful lights, private pool and even waterfall - an unforgettable experience in the middle of a wonderful landscape.

    Has the swimming pool,but the decoration there is super horrible and scary. It has Turkish bath, but it charges. You can use the swimming pool only by wearing swimming cap, which is compulsory chargeable.

    Literally loved almost everything. One of the very best places I have stayed at. Extremely clean, the most comfortable bed. Attention to detail was impeccable. Very helpful and kind staff. Location is good. Close to most everything. Loved the spa, indoor swimming pool and sauna.

    The hotel itself is amazing. There is also a swimming pool in a cave which is very special. Breakfast was really nice. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Staff was there whenever you need and are more than happy to help 🙂 Location was ok. It's in Nar, very close to Nevsehir and quiet. There is a possibility to also dine at the hotel.
