The staff are super friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful, tastefully decorated, very clean and with all the facilities you need and more. Breakfast is really good with cooked omelettes and more. A great place to stay . Highly recommended.

The staff were exceptional, they upgraded our room to a family suite, provided information on the Hieropolis attraction and even provided us with a ride to the entrance which would have been quite a walk if we went ourselves. The location of the hotel is exceptional to view hot air baloons in the morning and to visit Hieropolis. If you are going to Pamukkale to visit this world heritage site then this is the hotel to stay at. The room is value for money and ideally located, expectations should be in line with this. Thanks Anya Resort for an unforgettable experience in Pamukkale! I will visit again to hopefully do the hot air baloon this time...

The room was lovely and clean, modernly decorated. The facilites were great. The thermal baths were hot and there were many options for pools. Breakfast was nice and there was a bit of choice, dinner was good too. It is a big hotel and staff were very helpful. Location was very good as we were about 10 mins drive to the Heliopolis and the travestines. We decided to book a taxi and do the tour ourselves, it was super easy to do without a guide.

Super nice owners and staff, cute cats, great breakfast with fresh fruits, eggs and pastries, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. The large and clean pool was perfect for relaxing. We also had lunch and dinner at the restaurant, both were very tasty and reasonably priced. Great location - 5 min drive to Pamukkale entrance. We only stayed 1 night but would actually recommend to stay at least 2 and have the whole day for a relaxed visit to Hierapolis and Pamukkale.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Great room, we were staying for just one night and it was just what we needed. Great to have the pool to cool off in when we arrived in the afternoon heat. We went on an early hot air balloon ride over Pamukkale after visiting at sunset the night before. I would recommend doing both. Breakfast was fabulous. Thoroughly recommend

The owner's son arranged a shuttle bus for me and even drove me to the nearby tourist gate. He also gave me a nice spacious room and I enjoyed using the sauna and hot spring pool downstaires. The bath in my room also has hot spring water, so I was able to take a private relaxing hot bath. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, especially I loved the homemade tomato sauce. I also appreciated that they let me use the sauna and pool until the shuttle bus came to pick me up for my return trip. I would definitely stay there again:)
