We ate breakfast at Poppycocks. It was excellent, no wait, and staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. It was literally eight next door to our hotel.

Manager let us change our original room. We were above trash truck, gardener, delivery area, constant noise all hours of nite and day. Room we got after that nightmare was terrific. Very clean, spacious and above all…peaceful. Manager also sent up and bottle of champagne, a card and chocolate strawberries for our anniversary. That was extremely kind of him. He was great to work with and made things right. Lived how they picked us up and dropped us from airport. Overall the employees were all great.

The complimentary breakfast was the best I've had - the assortment of berries and fruits was generous and beautifully curated. The daytime spread of lemonade and cookies was amazing and super refreshing especially after the outdoor activities we did. The room was super comfortable and well-appointed.

Our stay at Aspen Mountain Lodge was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast had a great selection. The lodge was walking distance to town, about 5-10 minute walk to most of our in-town destinations. The bus shuttle to the mountain stops close to the hotel. The staff was friendly and courteous.

The staff was so nice! They have a shuttle that picked me up at the airport, and they also dropped me off. I have an injured hand and I was helped with my luggage. I didn't try the breakfast; the lodge is right next to Snowmass Mall, so I just walked there every morning for coffee. Would have loved to stay longer!!

    Short distance to ski buses so great location for accessing all 4 Mountains in Aspen/Snowmass. Easy walking distance to downtown Aspen. The swimming pool is a hot tub and was close to our room- fabulous! Ski locker next to our room was really useful.

    The shared bathroom on 3rd floor is quite clean and provided with necessary toiletries. The breakfast and popcorn at lobby is lovely. Outdoor swimming pool is nice.

    The breakfast was adequate. The staff was excellent. They were so helpful answering questions and giving helpful pointers. They were very friendly. Everything was an easy walking distance away. I LOVED the swimming pool and the landscaping is beautiful.

    The hostel rooms seemed to be a bot more comfortable than I recall from my visit about 2 years ago, with a ceiling fan and a reading light over both twin beds. I wanted to come back for a swim in the pool, but our mountain adventure took longer than anticipated.

    The beautiful heated pool was so nice for a swim. The staff is super friendly and helpful. No pretentiousness here. Loved that there was a humidifier in the room (I've never been to a hotel that had one, how thoughtful!). Happy hour drinks were a nice touch. Fireplace in the lobby was cozy. Location was great, tucked away and quiet, facing the mountains, but still a short walk from restaurants. Pretty garden with plum trees! You can tell there is thought put into the details here.
