THis place is so unique. The grounds are gorgoeus. The pool is so pretty and clean. The rooms are large, comfortable and beautiful and the beds are lush. There are so many lovely features. You can check in, have a glorious dinner, go for a relaxing swin and then top off your evening at the tavern for a cocktail.

This was a great hotel close to Solvang and surrounding areas. It was clean and new. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pits at night! It also had an excellent hot breakfast with a good variety of foods to chose from.

Everything! I love this Motel 6! The location is quiet with incredible views of the mountains and gorgeous trees surrounding the well-maintained lot. Within walking distance to Albertson's grocery store, ATM, shopping, ostrich and emu sanctuary (you can feed them!), Firestone Walker Brewing Company and restaurant, Pea Soup Andersons and other restaurants including A.J. Spurs and The Hitching Post featured on the movie "Sideways."

The location is just in the downtown of Solvang. Easy to go anywhere in the town by walk. I lost my shirt with credit card as well as $50 in the bed and noted after leaving the town.The staff has been taken good care of the items and provided solutions to help. The inn is reliable and comfortable place to stay. I would strongly recommend the hotel to travelers. I appreciated their effort and integrity. A very good place to stay.

I loved all the staff, starting when we arrived. The valet service was friendly and help with our bags, always one step ahead in providing assistance. I have to use a wheel chair, they help my wife take it down from the truck, very helpful. The staff in the registration desk, also very accommodating, since we arrived earlier then the checking in time, they allowed to check in to the room, since it was my 1st visit, I did not pay any extra fees Cheyenne was very helpful and very concerned and made us feel very important. I thank all the of the staff at Chumash Hotel and resort.
