Great restaurant where staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the Shrimp and grits and soups. Our first experience of Outer Banks and we weren’t disappointed. Location for exploring excellent. Panoramic views of Sound at sunset. Enjoyed Wright Brothers Park and Duck.

    The couple running the place were so accommodating. They were genuinely caring and so helpful and nice. They were there for our every need. I can't say enough about the customer service we received. The hotel had ample room for our family of 5. It's hard to find nice hotels that fit larger families. The hotel location is perfect. It has a nice pool and hot tub as well as direct access to a private beach with breathtaking views.

    the Sea Gull is an old run down worn out mess. the room smelled musty, the air conditioner was very loud like a diesel truck which made it difficult to sleep, dogs were barking constantly day and night none were mine, there was no dishwasher in the room, the swimming pool was closed none functional, the ice machine was broken didn't work at all and no way to make your own, we had to go out and buy our ice . the beach is great and the area of hatteras is wonderful.

    I liked the room set up, covered parking and the swimming pool was nice-really liked how the kiddy pool was attached but also separate to the large pool. Worked great for my family!
