Lovely hotel setting close to walking path with deer and squirrels in abundance. Friendly and helpful staff and Management and the breakfast buffet was well stocked. Convenient laundry facilities, convenient parking, very clean and comfortable room and facilities. Water refill station was a bonus.

It was an OK lorather than that. Everything else was a lie. They lied about the pool being open and what time it close. They lied about having clean rags. And towels Taos, the whole problem was very filthy and dirty Here everywhere, I've been trying to report this.

The staff was awesome. When we had to move our room due to various preferences they were responsive and professional. The gym was nice though we didn't use it as well as the pool. The kids seemed to enjoy it.

Check in was super smooth, Staff was very professional, helpful and welcoming. The room and pool were clean(pool needs improvement with stocking towels). I also loved that breakfast was included and most of the tv channels were free(FRRE WIFI). Really great place to stay and in a good area with so many major stores and food places around the corner. My family and I will definitely be back!

It was cold everywhere. Hot tub broken. Bar closed early. Restaurant closed the day i needed to buy dinner. Everything Brown and depressing.
