Really delightfully friendly and helpful staff at reception. Gave us a warm welcome, showing us the full amenities on site (sauna, heated pool, trail to beach, DVD library) and even lending us olive oil and salt and pepper for our homecooked dinner. Our place was lovely - bed was comfy and made with crisp linens, we both had a delightful night’s sleep to the sound of ocean waves and light breeze from porch door. We tried out the sauna in the morning and it was excellent. Only regret is we didn’t get a chance to use the free kayaks on site due to rain! Would most certainly visit again.

What a trip!  We normally travel to Ocean Shores at least 4 to 5 times a year and every time we go we stay at the Days Inn.  It's not the most glorious hotel in Ocean Shores but it's a decent room for a decent price and they include breakfast, which for me is a saving since we don't have to go out for breakfast.   But honestly what makes this stay worth it is the staff.  We had the honor and privilege of meeting Keira this trip and she was amazing.  The first morning we met her she was running her butt off making sure that the breakfast was fully stocked at all times, but still made sure to acknowledge us when we walked in.  Keira did not hesitate with any requests that we had.  We were traveling with my 8-year-old child and she was absolutely amazing with them.  It definitely changes the experience when the staff acknowledges your child as an actual human being.  When we do normally stay there the staff is always been great and very helpful with any requests that we may have or issues we've had with the room but this trip there was something about Keira and her customer service that put this trip over the top for us.

I'm glad I found out before I arrived that we were to check in at a neighbor hotel. It certainly saved time. The rooms were very small but it sufficed for what we needed. We used the sofa bed and the kids said it was comfortable. They thought the sheets were damp but it was just the humidity from being on the coast. The sleeping areas and the bathroom was clean. I was particularly impressed by how up to date the bathroom was.

    I arrived early, and was given access to the pool area which is exactly as shown on their website and calming. The grounds are spacious and beautiful. Unfortunately I didn't learn the restaurant was closed the day I was there until I went to get dinner. I was planning on eating there and massages needed booked in advance.

    The pool and hot tub were really enjoyable. The whole center across the street is quite impressive. My room was clean and had a Kuerig with K cups.

    I love the pool, hot tub, and sauna which is across the street from the rooms. Great setting to watch the sunset. Plenty of parking. Great staff and fast check in/out.
