The hotel is very nice and the staff working there are polite and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean and have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is a bit far from the old town, but it is within walking distance or it is very easy and economical to grab a taxi. Actually, the hotel is in a modern part of the city so it is practical if you need to change your money in a bank or grab something from the store And free airport transfer is definitely a nice convenience. All in all, I I couldnt't have picked a better hotel for my stay in Samarkand.

This hotel was truly one of the best I’ve stayed in. The location is unbeatable—set inside a beautiful park where no cars are allowed, making it incredibly peaceful. My room was right next to the sidewalk, yet I didn’t hear a thing—noise isolation is excellent. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and I really mean exceptionally—they went above and beyond from the moment I arrived. The hotel is spotless and tastefully decorated, and that’s obvious as soon as you walk in. My room was perfect: immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants just a short walk away, and if you need a taxi, you can reach a pickup point within five minutes. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay.

The breakfast was full of variety with ample quantity of food and drinks. Overall satisfied with the ambience, cleanliness and servings. The hotel is new and beautiful, and the rooms are equipped nicely. The best part of this hotel is the staff and their attitude. hotel was perfectly located with walking distance to many tourist attractions. The rooms are also good with all amenities. The best part is owner and the entire staff are available round the clock to ensure that their guests are well taken care off. In my case, I lost my luggage during my journey from Bukhara to Samrkand. The owner and his staff helped us and within hours had it delivered to me. Once again I take this moment to thank the entire staff for their efforts. if ever i get an opportunity to visit Samarkand in future, this place is definitely going to be my place to stay.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Zarafshon hotel. The property looks grand, from the entrance to the rooms. Our room was sufficiently large, with a large and comfortable bed. Despite the summer heat the air conditioning worked well and we had a good night's rest. The bathroom was large and clean, with a good working shower. Breakfast was comprehensive. We also had a wonderful time at the pool, where we were served delicious non-alcoholic cocktails. All the other staff was helpful as well. The hotel is close to most attractions in Samarkand and several restaurants, and the city is quite walkable.
