Service from the facility manager was superb. The apartment has everything you need and its great for solo or couples. The internet was very decent and responsive considering Venezuelan standards, I was able to connect to work without any issues whatsoever.. No power blackouts and no shortage of water either. Lastly, the area seems very quiet and safe. I definitely would use it again if I go to Valencia, Venezuela in the future.

The hotel located at nice location. You have nearby shops and restaurants. The front desk lady was very attentive and supportive. The overall stay was excellent.
