Czech RepublicThe accommodation was great, and the biggest advantage is undoubtedly the host and his family, who are always willing and happy to help. They allowed us an early check-in for free and also gave us a room upgrade at no extra charge. The accommodation itself has a homely atmosphere; it’s comfortable, well-equipped, and offers a homemade breakfast based on your choice. There is also great pool on the rooftop :) and in addition you can pet the local dog named Gucci. Overall, I definitely highly recommend it.

UkraineI had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bac Ha. The location is perfect — peaceful, close to the market, and surrounded by beautiful mountain views. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed.
Breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere felt very homely. It’s a great place to relax after exploring the town and the surrounding villages.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful stay for 3 nights! The staff was very very helpful, and the place was so beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the pool and they helped us with everything from transport to and from Bac Ha, and to local trips around the area and for the market in Coc Ly. So happy we found this place.

Firstly, we had a great host to look after us. Luc Quoc anh cuong was the nicest host that we had all holiday. And he even is a good cook. And we left behind some earphones. He was so kind to send them all the way to us in sapa (including updates via text) - thank you!!
The accommodation was great. Clean. Comfiest bed ever. Pool was nice.

This retreat is very special, the rooms are spotlessly clean, the food is excellent and the staff could not do more to make us feel welcome. We ate with the family but they also have a menu if you prefer, the owner also took us to see a local distillery. The pool is crystal clear. We extended our stay because it was soo good.

Trung (pronounced Chung), the owner, was super nice, and very helpful. We joined his family for a 'family dinner experience' - highly recommended.. The rooms are nice and clean, and there's a nice (shallow) pool that is nice for cooling down a bit in the summer. Trung's recommendations on a motorbike circuit were just awesome! Its much better to get to the Bac Ha market early, so don't think twice!

This place is so quiet to rest, relax, friendly staff, management, dedicated guide to tourist attractions in Bac Ha, around the property there is a walking path to the Hmong village, beautiful terraced fields, back to Bac Ha Lodge Retreat to relax, swim in the pool, eat outside is great.
I will come back.

Beautiful and very spacious room (the family room) with a small pool in front. Mr Trung is a very kind, creative and hospitable host. He also hosted a very interesting day tour to some hill tribe minorities in the Bac Ha region. Tourism in this region is not so developed, so it was a relief to downtown Sapa.

The host and their family's kindness, the accommodation, and the pool were all great. The location is very good, just a 15-minute walk from the city center with the possibility to rent a scooter. It was really perfect. Thank you.
