Czech RepublicThe Hotel is probably new, so very clean, stylish and modern. The staff is kind, especially the manager who can speak English very well and he is very helpful. He even told us a story about the crazy buildings without windows, which are close to the hotel. There is a nice swimming pool with relax zone on the roof. Good hotel restaurant.

VietnamThe pool was awesome. It was clean enough although a little rough in parts. The room fitted us as a family of 5 well and was a solid three stars. The bathroom was not great and it smelled a little mouldy but it was fine. The staff were very helpful although had limited English but we all made it work with google. The location is slightly out of the main area, which again was fine but something to consider.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and always had a smile.
The Duty Manager was very professional and always checked that everything was to our liking, he couldnt be more helpful and his english was extremely good ! Could not fault the service.

Everything. The roof top pool was amazing.
The room. Comfy beds. Water and coffee provided everyday. Rooms cleaned everyday.
Accommodated us at breakfast because we did not like the Asian breakfasts.
The manager and staff went out of their way to please you. He booked our taxi and ferry to the island. Not far from.the night market.
We would definitely recommend this hotel..

Hotel is new and modern, very well equipped, swimming pool on the roof was just amazing. Good breakfast, especially vietnamese noodle soup with seafood. Lovely and smiling staff, flexible and helpful front desk manager.

We received fantastic help from the hotel manager and staff in a time of need. One in our family was injured in a traffic accident and the hotel helped with everything from hospital to extending our stay without any problems.
Good swimming pool and area around. Good English speaking staff at the reception. Room was large and clean, the beds were comfortable.
