I requested a late check-up as I had an important meeting and needed a reliable internet connection after 12:pm Salman were extremely helpful, attentive, and professional, making everything smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and their support made a real difference. Natala called me twice during my booking to see if everything is okey ! I pappreciate the checkup. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly appreciated it and would gladly recommend this hotel and i will come ba k next time with my family .

I extended my stay and everything was super smooth, thanks to Rayan and the front desk team overall, they are always super helpful and welcoming! Also Jerome from the concierge team! The location is great - walking distance to Granada mall and the metro station. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around the area, right after the mall for example - lovely atmosphere
