The apartment is amazing, everything is done in top quality. But the wellness section is really great. There is an outdoor poll and an indoor pool, a bunch of different kinds of saunas, steam cabin, salt cabin, plus quiet rooms for resting etc. Everything really beautiful and when we used this facility (afternoon) it was almost completely empty. There is also a gym. Normally when an accommodation has "wellness" it is much smaller (unless it is a big hotel), so this was really unexpected! The apartment is well equipped, we only stayed one night but there is a supermarket next door, so you can easily cook meals if you want. There is a small private garden for the apartment to hang out outdoors, and the lake is really close. All in all, fantastic.

The village has allot of places to go. Sit snd eat. The best we like was that especially the pool was open pretty much 24/7. Quick even dip or morning dip no problem.

Situated next to the bicycle trail on the outskirts of Rust, Das Esel - Kleinod in Rust is a 5-minute drive from Lake Neusiedl. It offers bicycle storage and a protein-rich breakfast. Lovely garden with pool. The breakfast was great. Very child and dog friendly with a relaxed atmosphere.

VILA VITA Pannonia is a 200-hectare nature resort set amidst the impressive landscape of Lake Neusiedl National Park in Burgenland. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were big, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. We were able to borrow bikes free of charge for the entire duration of our stay, which was a lovely bonus. The breakfast was amazing—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, from check-in to the waiters and even the team at the stables. The pony ride was the absolute highlight for our daughter. We’re definitely coming back soon!
