Room is super clean, the kichen is big and have all cutleries, including high quality fridge, dish washer, etc. The bed sheets is one the best quality in addition to its cleanness. The ambience and the lights of the rooms is amazing. The area is very peaceful and quite, it has two different direction buses in 8 mints walk (Bus 24A and 85A) that can take you to the enter. The room size is big, it has three windows so it is wasy to ventilate. In the room there are four heaters. There are sufficient number towels, washing machine and hair dryer is also provided in the bath room.

This apartment was pure excitement for us! It’s new, spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. Everything is smartly equipped – you have everything you need without feeling cluttered. The “Smart Home” system takes a bit of getting used to, but it’s also a lot of fun! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking, and the entire building feels secure and luxurious, with a spacious, elegant lobby and plenty of room downstairs. The location is a dream – right next to the U-Bahn station, just 7 minutes to the city center, and only a 5-minute walk to the Vienna International Center. You really can’t beat it! Patrik, the host, was fantastic – responsive, clear, and incredibly helpful. I had a few extra questions, and he always replied patiently and kindly with all the details I needed. Thank you, Patrik! Next time I need to find place in Vienna for my guests, this apartment will be my first choice. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!
