Thanks to Vinicius and his Team for the great stay. They were really helpful and flexible. The breakfast was delicious. We loved the atmosphere in this villa. We took the night bus back to Salvador and they took care of our baggage during the day and in the evening we could use the facilities (including shower) before we had to go to the bus. We strongly recommend this accommodation.

Set in Vale do Capao, Pousada Villa Lagoa das Cores offers charming charming décor accommodation surrounded by mountains and green areas. We really liked the experience we had at Pousada Villa das Cores, at Vale do Capão. The location is great, near the village but of the road, so that the rooms are silent and the space is tranquil. Breakfast is delicious and also healthy, in the way that the owners are conscious of ingredients and great, fresh recipes. The owners were present and always checking if we were having a good one, as well as offering advice about the region, village and attractions/trekkings nearby. We loved it and will definitely come back.

All rooms have a... The hotel and the swimming pool were very clean. The swimming pool was a good size. It is a beautiful modernized traditional building. The room was very clean and in a good condition, it was even checked to make sure no bugs were there before we moved in. The breakfast was very good with lots of baked options and cakes, lots of choice generally, more like a lunch! The bread was excellent. They had pao de queijo.

Getting to Igatu is quite an adventure (some could say quite a challenge), but all is forgiven once you get to the Pousada. The place is charming and well located. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a trip back to David’s childhood with tropical fruits, countryside Brazilian coffee and all the Nordeste treats you can find in Bahia. 10 out of 10.
