It was our first time here and we were not disappointed at all. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many aspects. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The restroom was well designed and spotless clean. The common usage areas like the pool, laundry, gym are very accessible and well maintained. It has good proximity to the touristy areas like the Canada Place and Gastown. Overall our stay here was very comfy.

We’ve got an upgrade to a room with a breathtaking view and a sweet surprise with a card. The room was very clean, big and comfortable. We also tried the Big Beach Lounge and the food there was exceptional good and Libby our waitress there was such a friendly and lovely person. Thanks to the awesome staff for making our stay in your resort so special.

Spacious DT 2-BDR High-rise with view, pool, gym nằm ở khu vực trung tâm Vancouver và có bể sục. The perfect location for a break in Vancouver. The accommodation was spotless and had everything you could need. Communication with Hong was excellent. The sky train was next door to the high-rise and we purchased a day ticket which gave us access to a wide area. It was even easy to get back to Vancouver Airport. The weather wasn’t good whilst we were there but Hong even had an umbrella by the door which we borrowed!

I cannot rave enough about this place! I’ve already booked my next stay! We absolutely loved the location, it had everything we needed and more. Alfonso is THE definition of hospitality. Made us feel right at home from the very beginning, with so much attention to detail from a welcome sign in our room, chocolates on our bed, to checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. I genuinely felt like I was staying at a 5 star resort with a touch of home! We’re excited to be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Kelowna. Not too far from downtown Kelowna either (15-20min drive). Uber is not difficult to get but might have to wait a bit for it to arrive. There’s so much nature around and it’s beautifully quiet.
