We stayed for a friends birthday and right upon entering felt like queens. We received and upgraded room and champagne and cake waiting there for us. The front desk greeters were kind and helpful, gave us a glass of champagne to take with us up to the room. And help was only a text away if we needed. The room was dark and quiet at night. Everything was clean. Beds were super comfy. And the heated floors in the bathroom was icing on the cake. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto.

Each room has both a soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower. I loved the facility. It was beyond what I expected. I also like how close it was to everything.

Great location with a fun little rooftop pool and a lively, social vibe. But the most remarkable is the staff! Robin at concierge was amazing—so helpful with everything we needed, always going above and beyond. Tom at reception was also fantastic, always friendly and nothing was ever too much. I work in hospitality and can say the service here is truly outstanding, not just good. The whole team is professional, kind, and welcoming. I’d highly recommend this hotel and look forward to seeing this new brand grow!

In the heart of Toronto, set within a short distance of Rogers Centre and Toronto Symphony Orchestra, Grand Park Suites - Toronto's Convention District offers free WiFi, air conditioning and household amenities such as a dishwasher and coffee machine. This apartment also features a rooftop pool. The apartment offers private parking, a sauna and a lift. Suite was clean, comfortable, had nice facilities and great location. Beautiful view of the city.
