Hotel X Toronto, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel features waterfront and city skyline views. From the moment we arrived, everything at Hotel X Toronto was excellent. Ben warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was reasonably priced with great service. The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean, well-organized, and offering a beautiful view of the CN Tower. At Roses Social, Star and Maria were fantastic, friendly, engaging, and made us feel truly welcomed. Star added a special touch that made the experience even more memorable. A big thank you to Dragan, the manager, who was professional, kind, and gave us great local tips for sightseeing. Only small note: the valet staff could be more warm and welcoming to match the rest of the team. Overall, an outstanding experience. Hotel X fully deserves a 5-star rating, we can’t wait to return!

A beautiful guest house in a great location with an easy walk (4 or so blocks ) to the main street and only a 5 minute walk to the lake’s edge. Our accommodation suite ( bedroom with two large built-in robes, bathroom with bath shower, and separate sitting/tv area) was spacious and very comfortable. The downstairs sitting room was also available for guest use. Bonnie and Tony, our hosts, were extremely welcoming and the cooked breakfast was fabulous.

The nearest airport is John C.... Impeccable service from the valet to the coffee shop, it was all excellent. We had travelled from the UK to stay here and it did not disappoint. The owner greeted me and was attentive to my needs during my stay without intrusiveness. He even texted me that the restaurant would be open (normally closed on that day during the winter) in case I wanted a New Year's Eve meal. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the WIFI was excellent. An unexpected bonus: the washroom floor in my room was heated and it felt wonderful not to have to step on the cold tile after my shower!
