I loved everything about this property, we had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel , I knew that we booked a 5-star hotel but I was not sure expecting this outstanding experience in regards to the kindness and welcoming manners of the staff , cleanliness of the apartment , the vast of space of the apartment and how cozy the hotel was during this autumn/ early winter time. This by far , and I am a well-travelled person, is the best hotel / resort experience I ever had in my life.

Team are super amazing; specially serena de varese at the reception was also very helpful with luggage and explanation of everything we need. Roberto in the breakfast restaurant was amazing too. The resort is an excellent one with nice view and activities for both Adult and Kids (it deserves 2-3 nights only)

The lake view room was amazing. The facilities were great, we loved the spa area and pools. The lakeside lounge area was gorgeous. The evening piano player was an unexpected bonus!
