The 10000 m² spa area features an indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, 1 of which offers an infinity edge with breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne, 3 private spa rooms, 15 treatment rooms and a fully equipped fitness area. The location is excellent. The spa is beautiful and the views from everywhere we stayed were great. The Staff were all very friendly and the level of service exceptional. We loved every minute of it.

Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. The hotel also offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Staying here was truly a memorable experience, made even better by the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us. I was in Lucerne to compete in the Swiss City Marathon, and they graciously prepared an early breakfast to fit my race schedule. Edith at reception was incredibly thoughtful, taking time to calm my nerves and ensuring I had everything I needed for the big day. It was the kind of personal touch that’s rare to find and so appreciated. The hotel’s onsite restaurant and Bistro were constantly buzzing with patrons, a clear indication of their popularity. Although we didn’t get a chance to dine in this time, we’ll definitely be trying them on our next visit. With service and atmosphere this exceptional, we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Lucerne!

The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to and from the cable car station, so you don’t have to carry your luggage. The staff is very friendly, positive, and helpful. We definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

The hotel guests can access the MS Bürgenstock Catamaran as well as a funicular from and to Lucerne during entire stay free of charge. Bürgenstock Cinema is available for all guests at a charge of CHF 15 per person per movie. Everything about the Waldhotel was exceptional. The facilities are modern, peaceful, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and nature. The staff were truly outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always going above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Their professionalism and kindness made the experience even more special.

The luxurious Park Hotel Vitznau right at the banks of Lake Lucerne has been entirely renovated in 2012 and 2013 and features its own private beach, 2 restaurants, a large spa area and free garage parking.

Facilities include a private cinema and a wellness centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Detailed tour around the villa for first time visit. Bed was comfy and clean.

Location was excellent for trip up to Mount Rigi and boat across the lake to Lucerne, literally next door. Hotel and outdoor area absolutely stunning, magnificent views of the lake, staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Room was great , huge bathroom and so clean, there is an excellent coffee station on each floor which always had plenty of everything that you need. Excellent breakfast,lots of choice

The family-run Seehotel Gotthard in Weggis on the shore of Lake Lucerne, 25 km from Lucerne, offers 2 restaurants, a pizzeria, a bistro and rooms with scenic views and free WiFi. In the summer months guest enjoy free access to the heated outdoor pool of the neightbouring hotel Beau Rivage. My stay at SeeHotel Gotthard was wonderful. The lake view is simply stunning, the staff are friendly and professional, and the rooms are clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We will definitely stay here again!

The new wellness and spa area is situated within a wonderful mountain landscape and offers an indoor pool, an indoor and outdoor whirlpool, as well as 5 different saunas and 2 steam baths and a quiet room with a splendid view. The ski pistes start directly in front of the hotel and there are many hiking and mountain biking paths nearby. A lounge with Alps views is also available. Just a great stay in a lovely location with stunning views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant with local cuisine. Wellness area well equipped. Really enjoyed my stay.
