The location is fantastic in town . Off busy street but close to center. The free buffet breakfast was great and although the same every day it offered many choices. Room was comfortable & clean. Great hot water pressure in shower.There is a roof top viewing area where you get a great view of Arenal Volcano. Great helpful friendly staff! It was an added bonus to get into Volcano Hot Springs! It’s a 15min drive from town.

The hotel was super beautiful, clean, and well-organized. The variety of board games was great because we had so much fun, as well as with the ping-pong table and foosball they have. The size of the room was perfect too. We had an amazing vacation!

There was a little fridge in the room too. we loved the thermal pools since it was cool while we were there. they are like a regular pol with warm spring water. the food was very good and plentiful with a variety.

The pictures can not describe how beautiful this Hotel is. We stayed at the ground level room and had a awesome view on the volcano. The whole place was super clean from the pool to the plants and even the parking lot. The rooms are big and modern, the Wifi was superb and the bathroom is something else. Also the staff was very polite, helpful and professional. You don't need to look for any other accommodation just book this, you won't regret it.
