Acacia is an excellent hotel. Beautiful room with a balcony. It costs a little more than the standard room, and it is worth it. We needed help to find medical help and the people in the hotel were so helpful. They made us feel at home!! Good breakfast and very good location as well. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to stay and we were made to feel incredibly welcome by our great hosts who were really helpful with great information about the island and tours etc!! An easy 5 minute stroll on to the main street and an abundance of great choices to eat, drink and arrange tours. Room was spotlessly clean and the facilities and ambience were superb. How often do you get to stay in a castle on the Galapagos!? Highly recommended!!

Amazing new hotel right on the water We took a chance on this new hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Everything is new, the pool is wonderful, tastefully decorated, and very helpful staff. The wifi was solid, which was great as on this remote Island often is is very slow. This allowed me to get some(not much;) work done. The sea life was such a special part for us as we enjoyed our cocktails by the pool in the afternoon. The staff let us know the restaurant is not open yet, but told us it will be in a couple of months. They do provide a great breakfast at the hotel across the street. The tours they recommended were excellent! Overall a great hotel that we would come back to on this beautiful Island. City is small, from here we all around went by foot. Owner is so nice and kind. When we came, our fringe was full with products for breakfast. It was so nice. From apartments until port is only 5-7 minutes by foot.

We had a fantastic 10 day stay here. The hotel is so lovely, huge rooms with very comfortable beds. Jose, Lis, Marie and team made us feel so welcome and were so helpful with tour and taxi bookings. The location is perfect, so quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, fresh juice, croissant, fruits and eggs. Would highly recommend this hotel!
