What truly touched our hearts was the thoughtful surprise they prepared for our child’s 3rd birthday. From the moment we checked in, we felt the warmth and care of the team. On the special day, they organized a beautiful little celebration that made our child light up with joy – complete with decorations, a small cake, and even a personalized gift. It’s rare to find such genuine attention to detail and kindness. This is more than just a hotel – it’s a place where people truly care about their guests. One of the most amazing experiences. It was like staying with family. Lucia’s check in instructions were so clear and she made sure to be there to greet us. The studio apartment has absolutely everything you need for a short stay. Full kitchen (they put all kinds of condiments in the fridge). Everything looked new and beautifully done. Floatinn is a boat located in Geneva, in a harbour facing the famous Jet d'Eau waterfountain. It offers a sun terrace on the deck with an outdoor seating area and beautiful views of Lake Geneva. Free WiFi access is available. This was, and still is, the most exquisite getaway of my life. Endless gratitude to Sarah, Giuliano, and Jean-Luc for their impeccable hospitality. Kindness, genuine care, and thoughtful attention — the hallmarks of this remarkable team. Every detail — from the morning coffee to the breathtaking views and perfect location — exceeded all expectations. When I return to Geneva, there is no question: this is the only place I will stay. A true gem. And the most gracious, elegant hosting team I’ve ever encountered. They even arranged a private boat tour and personally ensured I reached the other side of the lake in comfort and style. Choosing this hotel was the best decision I could have made. My warmest recommendations — with all my heart. I only regret one thing: I left in such a rush, I didn’t leave a tip. It weighs on me. Guests can enjoy the restaurant 57° Grill, the cosy bar, the outdoor pool, the modern leisure area with sauna, hammam and a treatment room called "Le Boudoir" by flyspa, as well as the terrace facing the lake. Amazing view of the lake, great location to walk near the water and to explore the rest of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Luxurious room, the bathroom was a dream 😍.
