Great location with nice pubs and restaurants nearby and close to the Cheddar trail entry point (also the Cheddar cave if you wish to pay) But the best part of the stay was the host, very welcoming and gave us do much good advices about where to eat and what more we can see in the area, definitely will stay again at Gordon's.

We enjoyed everything about this magical place. The amazing gardens, the smell of jasmin. The beauty and elegance of every room. The stunning colection of statues of Lions, we ended up finding one for us in Glastonbury to hold as a precius memory of our stay at Beryl. The breakfast and the afternoon tea and the warm presence of the family that lives there and takes care of the house and its gests. Beryl is a wonderful place, we felt as we had been invited to the crowning if the King that took place while we were staying there.

Spacious and modern 3 bedroom Doniford Bay Haven Caravan Park Static Caravan ligger i Watchet, kun 14 km fra Dunster Castle. Her er en have, en terrasse, en restaurant og gratis wi-fi. Beautiful clean and so so cosey, the decking area with rattan set was an extra bonus listening to the sea at night. Loved the location!!

Bluebell House ligger i Compton og har et boblebad. Dette feriehus har privat pool, have og gratis privat parkering. The house was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need.

Blindwell House ligger ca. 28 km fra Woodlands Castle. Her er udsigt til en have og en have. Friendly and helpful hosts. Interesting building. Beautifully presented home, garden and swimming pool.

Luxury Barn near Wells - Pool, Gym ligger i Wells. Her er en privat pool og gratis wi-fi. Wow what can I say, this beautiful property was the most perfect getaway for myself and my friend for a 3 night stay for some R&R. It’s incredibly clean, modern and beautiful with so much space, cosy lounge, huge comfortable beds and lovely high ceilings. There is everything you would need and more across the kitchen, and the bathroom is very lovely with a big bath and great shower. We made use of the gym and swimming pool and gorgeous library area - what a great perk to the stay, all really clean and perfectly kept. The location was great, local walks and we had day trips to Glastonbury and Cheddar Gorge, everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We ate at The Lion in West Pennard (15 minute drive) and the food (roast dinner) was probably one of the best we’d ever had with the nicest staff, so friendly and accommodating. The host for the property, Sam, was so helpful, really caring and attentive to all my (many) questions and nothing was too small for her to help with. Hands down one of the best hosts I’ve dealt with over the years of long weekends away. 10/10 with everything, it really couldn’t have been any better! We’ll be back again and already looking to re-book! Thankyou x PS - We are totally shocked to see a recent negative review and glad that didn’t put us off.
