We spent 2 nights with 5 grandchildren. They enjoyed the food, especially the ice cream part:))), the playground inside and outside. The biggest attractions for the kids were the slides, however the whole set up is really a dreamland for little ones from 1-6 year old. Everything is well designed for a perfect vacation for the whole family. The food is excellent, we appreciated that the dinner was available until 9:30. It was already our second visit, we'll go again. Thank you for the staff for their friendly relationship to the kids, it is excepcionel.

Facing the beachfront in Balatonkenese, Kenese Bay Garden Resort & Conference has a bar and a garden. Hotel is situated in a quite area next to the lake. When arriving by car you have 3 parking areas. Great thing is that parking was included in the hotel price. We took half board and room with the lake view. Excellent choice. Hotel room was relatively big, clean, nicely furnished and decorated. Balcony offered spectacular lake view. We loved dinner and breakfast buffet and its diversity. Food was very tasty and dinning area is very inviting. We used the wellness facilities as well ~ pool and sauna are included in the room rate. You have the opportunity to enjoy the lake view either from saunas or the pool which is offering additional zen element. Both pools are the right temperatures. Due to lake proximity, you can if you are 'brave' enough, choose to cool yourself in the lake after being in a sauna. Highly recommend the stay, would visit them again.

The Houses of History is located on the shore of Belső-tó in Tihany, on a half hectare area, a 5-minutes walking distance from the city centre. The place is beautiful, very relaxing! It has a pool which is nice and surrounded by fruit trees! The room was big and comfortable. The amenities provided were very niche.

Tokajer Wellness Panzió is located 650 metres from Lake Balaton a 10-minute walk from the beach, offering a fitness room, an indoor pool and 2 seasonal outdoor pools, all free for guests. Linda at the reception went out of her way to help us with all the questions that we had. She gave us great recommendations, both local attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The property also had multiple spa/sauna facilities that helped us relax and wind down for the day. Highly recommend to other travellers.

In the middle of a 17 hectare estate, close to the Lake Héviz, this 4-story hotel offers traditional Hungarian Hévizi treatments, a beauty and hair salon. Great hotel. Dinner and breakfast were amazing. Had a nice massage, though we forgot to book ahead and only one of us were able to be massaged. Great service. Nice pools.
