Our room was huge, we had everything we needed, and the staff here were exceptional. They checked with us every day if we needed something. We only had a few requests but they tended to them immediately. The location was also perfect - outside of the busy center but super close to a bus stop, tram stop, and metro stop, with shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

We loved everything here: the vibe when you walk in, the musical theme that plays throughout, and the welcoming staff not just at the front desk but in the restaurant for breakfast, Matthew and Jason looked after us each morning, and they were great, the staff on the rooftop, remembering your drinks and getting them for you, everything about this place was great and is a definite 5-star hotel, close to some great restaurants including bestia which was also awesome!! I short would 100% stay here again if in Budapest. A note on Budapest itself was its a beautiful, clean and well looked after city that really surprised me, we were only here to start a river cruise but would visit for sure.

This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It's small, curated, tasteful. The breakfast was out of this world. The staff was amazing. The spa was a slice of paradise. We loved the facility, my husband baby and I enjoyed it it’s just so perfect for families. Location is amazing everything around we used uber most of the time just because of the baby but it was super cheap.
