Everything was simply amazing. From start to finish. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay anymore. Everything about this place is top class. The cottages are absolutely spotless and also lovely and spacious. Gerard and Anne couldn't have been anymore helpful and obliging towards us. The pool was so fabulous. We will definitely be returning again. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good time in West Cork to stay here.

Liam is someone who has a lot of stories and bad jokes to tell and will make you feel at home within minutes of arriving. The room is cozy, with all the things you need, we were offered tea and the host brought it up to our room together with a kettle and cups. The bathroom is nice and clean. The bed is comfortable and the duvet has a really luxurious feel to it. The location is quiet and beautiful. With a view on the mountain. There is plenty of room to park your car. Last but not least the breakfast Liam prepared was amazing, it was everything we could wish for. A big thanks to the hosts for making us feel the Irish hospitality and we're hoping to have the pleasure to come back some day.

Liam greeted us upon arrival, we were promptly checked-in and offered a lovely arrival taste of Irish whiskey. Our room was ready and our bags were swiftly taken to the room without even having to request it. The room was lovely, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The spa was a delight, as were the pool and jacuzzi offering. Bloom was a great spot for an evening cocktail before heading into town or dinner. Bikes were available free of charge and we enjoyed ourselves immensely exploring Cork on them! Highly recommend stay at Hayfield, we will absolutely be back!

The location is sublime. The place is an extension to an existing home but it is completely separate and quiet. Underfloor heating was a bonus as the weather was brutal this time of year.
