The hotel is in line with its class, very modern, Western style and as soon as you enter the lobby, you are greeted by helpful staff. Although we arrived earlier than check-in time, we were given a room quite quickly, they even took us to show us if it was suitable for us. Since we were together with a teenage child, an extra bed was set up. The service is at a high level, all the staff are helpful, room service kept asking if anything was missing, and brought us bottled water. The ventilation in the room works well, the air in the room is pleasantly dry, you don't feel the humidity from outside. There is carpet in the room, so it's cozy. Everything is very clean, there are no smells from either the bedding or artificial fragrances in the corridors. There is a small but good pool on the 11th floor, towels are provided. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, helpful waiters, and dishes are prepared to order for breakfast.

Breakfast was a joy each morning with live music creating a calm, elegant atmosphere, complemented by stunning floral displays throughout the hotel. The staff are without question the greatest asset of this property. Warm, genuine, professional, and always attentive, they made me feel truly cared for. There was not a single moment during my stay where I felt disappointed or let down. The highlight was, of course, the effort the team made on the evening of my birthday. The gesture was incredibly touching and something I will remember for a very long time. It showed heart, kindness, and a true understanding of hospitality. And the location… oh my God — simply perfect. If you are looking for an experience rather than just a stay, this is the place. The Taj doesn’t just host you — it creates memories. Highly recommended, and I will most certainly return.

After a brief hunt, one was produced. It turned out that it belonged to the hotel manager. I chatted with her briefly and was highly impressed with her enthusiasm and determination to run the best hotel possible.
