A modern, well-designed and well-furnished building. The common areas are well-organized, spacious. The rooms are airy, you can feel the actual design effort going into them. They are well equipped, a pleasure to stay in. The staff is amazing, the hospitality, friendliness, and courteousness is top-notch. From the welcome ice-cream to the helpfulness of the staff it's all professional. The hotel has three on-site restaurants, we visited the bistro restaurant, had a great dinner, with delicious food and attentive and informative waiters. The breakfast was also great, varied, delicious options. The private sauna that came with the room was a great addition.

Our food was very tasty and the staff at the restaurant was very friendly and welcoming. We recommend this hotel!

About 3 km from Bolzano, Eggentaler is a 3-star hotel 15 km from the Carezza and Latemar ski slopes. The Dolomites can be reached within 20 km. It offers a Seasonal outdoor pool, sun terrace. It was really clean, a little far from the center but near the highway and well connected with the local transport. The room was really clean, with everything you might need, and even if outside was below zero, the room stayed warm even after opening the window. We tried the Spa and it was really relaxing too!

From the moment I checked in, I knew I was up for a great stay. The staff member (forgot her name) gave me a great tour of the place and amenities. The tour was very detailed, never had one like this in my whole life. The views were amazing. Also, breakfast restaurant was awesome.

Wonderful location, with incredible nice view over the valley and very close to popular landscape attractions. Great facilities, including a gym and indoor pool, lounge area with various games and gorgeous terase with fire pit. The room was clean and comfortable and we were lucky enough to receive an upgrade from the owner Andreas, upon our arrival. Kudos for the quality toiletries, slippers and extra towels for the pool. Appreciated Andreas’s hospitality and his recommendations for local restaurants. Rich and healthy breakfast with plenty of local food that gave us a great start of our day. The road to the property is now fixed and easy to access it. Available supermarkets in the village. We recommend this place and we would come back here for sure!
