Cool wine with a greeting note waited for us upon arrival. Very clean - cleaning ladies cleaned the apartment every day. Extra bonus was the privat pool and pool bar with a friendly and attentive bartender. We had apartment B1 with a fabulous terrace and sea view. The apartment had an additional veranda on the other side of the building with a dining table and stools. The residence is well maintained. The railway in front of the house did not prevent convenient access to the beach, as there was a tunnel under the railway. The beach and cafes are very close. The private parking is also bonus. We had a rented car but local city buses are also very convenient to use for visiting Taormina where parking a car may be issue due to busy traffic. We spent a lovely week with our family at Villa Don Antonio and would come again.

And of course most remarkable was the terrace incredible view. The terrace is equipped with private sunbeds and a heated pool. We were traveling in January with temperature around 14-15 degrees, so a heated pool was what we especially needed, to say nothing of our daughter.
