Staff are super helpful, from carrying luggages, to answering queries, and being super thoughtful for me for breakfast options when I said I can't have milk and staff give me alternatives. I was surprised to have 3 beds when there are 3 of us.

Dinner was very impressive. Hotel and staff seemed particularly generous. We were offered pick up/chauffeuring services without even asking for it. The tourist destinations/day trip suggested by the staff was also very informative and felt perfect.

The staff at the reception are very approachable and friendly. Appreciate their help: helping me to arrange for luggage transfer to Tohoku region. The eateries at the hotel are very yummy and there are loads of varieties. Definitely will stay again if i am at Yokohama😊
