From the entrace staff to the reception everyone so welcoming and friendly. Great location close to markets and shopping. Very good breakfast on 20th floor. Room spacious and very neat. And the cocktails on the ground floor, don’t miss that.

The hotel itself had an amazing scent and I liked the architecture and art used in decorations. They payed attention to every single detail to make it an unforgettable stay. I'm definitely booking at Josun Palace whenever I'm in Seoul. :)

This is my 5th time in Korea and Andaz by far has the best hospitality & most foreigner friendly. All of their staff at the lobby were able to converse in good English and they were very very attentive to all guests coming in & out of the building & always offered to help. I have previously stayed in park Hyatt & four seasons, but surprisingly andaz gave me the best stay in terms of service. There were numerous occasions where I was waiting for my taxi and the staff always approached me to confirm I already got myself a transportation & offered to get me one. I have also requested for early check in on the date of arrival, they tried their best to accommodate my need and allowed me to check in early for one of my two rooms despite they had 100% occupancy. For the room, I was initially very scared that the room will be small compared to Hyatt / four seasons…but turns out the pictures didn’t do the justice….the room was bigger than I expected and I liked the layout of the room and that there was a lot of cabinet space for me to put my things away. Also ordered their makgeolli from the in-room dining service, their selections were very very good. Highly recommend!!!

Located between floors 76 and 101 of Lotte World Tower, Signiel Seoul boasts panoramic views of Seoul in all 235 rooms. Absolutely stunning views and amazing atmosphere. Bed was like a cloud. Service went above and beyond, particularly the Bar was our favorite place for views. Tea time was crowded but perfectly worth it. Only regret was that the Spa was booked out, I would recommend booking with plenty of time in advance. Room service was a delight and overall impeccable service through and through.
