What truly sets this place apart is the family. They are the kindest, most welcoming people you could ever hope to meet. They didn't just host us; they treated us like family. especially sudharshini the owner of the property is the sweetest person you could meet. Anything you ask them they would definitely do without any demands. They are the nicest and sweetest people. And the place is just like your home, comfortable, clean and easy to commute. It's situated in a nice neighborhood where you can roam even late at night without any thoughts. Getting bored of regular hotels and wanting to have a home away home for your vacation or wanting to spend some time in negombo you can definitely choose kingz kottage. Their rooms, locality, pool and food are super amazing. I would definitely go here when I visit again. Only some places you feel like wanting to visit again because of the people there and this is one of those places.

He helped arrange tuk-tuks, shopping, and even welcomed me into his beautiful village. That day will stay with me. Chuti’s cooking is out of this world — soulful curries cooked to perfection. Asanka, Cha, and the rest of the team are warm, intuitive, and quietly brilliant. Returning to your cottage feels like the fairies have been — everything clean, calm, and glowing. It’s the kind of place that makes you breathe deeper, sleep better, and believe in the goodness of people again. I travel a lot. I’m extremely picky. And I can say — from Monte Carlo to Mauritius — this is in my top three stays anywhere in the world. The Cottage is family, nature, care, and calm wrapped into one unforgettable experience. Places like this aren’t found — they find you. And they stay with you.

We came late at wetland resort they have made a nice welcome for us ,morning we have a nice breakfast and a nice little guy name silva was their for us all time ,he always help us anytime we wanted ..the owner where really amaizing person ,the lady was really amaizing well-done thanks again for the great tasty food that we eat really nice the devilled pork i recommend it.we do enjoy so much their and the pool was a breathtaking and medium hot woow you can stay the whole day night too woow..it was a pleasure staying with you and see you back really soon ..we grade you 2000%. A+. A+.

Hos Ocean Breeze Residence- Negombo i Negombo er der havudsigt, gratis cykler, en udendørs swimmingpool, et fitnesscenter, en terrasse og en restaurant. Everything was wonderful! The place is amazing – extremely clean and modern. The room was very spacious, with complimentary water and fruit provided, which was a nice touch. There’s also a restaurant on-site that we really enjoyed. We only stayed for one night because of its proximity to the airport, and unfortunately the monsoon season had already started, so we couldn’t make use of the pool or do much else. The host was excellent – communication was smooth, and he kindly arranged both pick-up and drop-off (very early in the morning) at the airport for a fair price. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Sonja and Bernard. From the moment we arrived, Sonja welcomed us so warmly that we immediately felt at home. She went above and beyond to make our experience special, even taking us to the local market and staying genuinely involved throughout our visit. The accommodation itself was spotless and very well maintained. The pool was beautiful, and everything was perfectly in order—nothing to complain about at all. The location was also great: a bit quieter and just outside the busy center, yet still close to everything you might need. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we would highly recommend staying with Sonja and Bernard.
