The location is a little interior, in a residential area, but not at all difficult to get to Hotel Road in Negombo Town. Plus this only adds to the charm and peace of the place. The rooms are tastefully decorated, they are very clean, very comfy and all the basics you will need are all in the room for you. The staff were extremely nice and incredibly helpful, Asiri in particular was always ready to bring you what you need at a drop of a hat, and Prasadini was always very accommodating with our requests. They go out of their way to make sure you are settled in and comfortable. What's special id that a range of travellers can enjoy the stay here. I saw tourist couples, groups of young adults and also families come here and seem to have an equally good time, without ever getting in each others way. The place was very quiet and relaxed. Its a lovely place if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Especially for families, i cannot recommend this place enough, the location is very secure and rooms placed in such a way that you have a view of the pool and your kids if they are playing in it at all times. The pool is cleaned in the morning, the eating areas are clean and spacious, and you can even enjoy a 1 and a half hour boat ride if you feel like it, which the cottage will happily arrange for you.

We came late at wetland resort they have made a nice welcome for us ,morning we have a nice breakfast and a nice little guy name silva was their for us all time ,he always help us anytime we wanted ..the owner where really amaizing person ,the lady was really amaizing well-done thanks again for the great tasty food that we eat really nice the devilled pork i recommend it.we do enjoy so much their and the pool was a breathtaking and medium hot woow you can stay the whole day night too woow..it was a pleasure staying with you and see you back really soon ..we grade you 2000%. Everything was wonderful! The place is amazing – extremely clean and modern. The room was very spacious, with complimentary water and fruit provided, which was a nice touch. There’s also a restaurant on-site that we really enjoyed. We only stayed for one night because of its proximity to the airport, and unfortunately the monsoon season had already started, so we couldn’t make use of the pool or do much else. The host was excellent – communication was smooth, and he kindly arranged both pick-up and drop-off (very early in the morning) at the airport for a fair price. Highly recommended!

You won’t miss anything here – and at the same time, you can enjoy the authentic Sri Lankan atmosphere all around (nature, local life, traffic, and friendly people). The place is very clean, the garden and pool are always well-maintained, and everything works (air conditioning, TV, fans, fridge). It has a great location – close to the airport and just 5 minutes by Uber to the beach. The ride to the beach costs only 340 LKR (approximately 1 euro). The owners are truly kind people, and it's easy to communicate with them about anything. There are also two lovely, clean dogs and a cat on the property. The food here is excellent. For lunch and dinner, you can choose from about eight different meals, which change regularly. There is always a choice – from local Sri Lankan dishes (including fresh fish) to European-style meals, so everyone can find something they like. The owners buy fresh ingredients every day.
