The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom is partially open air which was really cool. The hammocks and tables made it a peaceful haven. The pool was still being made when I went but it will be a really nice addition. I highly recommend this place.

From the room windows we were able to spot animals like monkeys and squirrels, and we saw plenty of birds in the area as well. The staff were AMAZING. Super helpful and nice, always available for questions and explanations about the wildlife. We booked the safari tour from the hotel and it was great decision - they provided us with great food and we were accompanied by Shantha, a guide from the hotel, who was friendly, professional and thanks to his knowledge we were able to see two different leopards in two different days. We recommend asking for the tour with him.

For your comfort, you will find slippers and free toiletries. Most beautiful place in Kalpitiya, wonderful location right by the lagoon, beautiful architecture, we felt like in paradise. The staff is super friendly, we loved the food in the restaurant, especially the fish dishes with fresh local fish of the day. Breakfast has good choices too. This was the 4th visit and we plan to return next year. We are kitesurfers and now that there's a boat service to cross the lagoon, included, Setha Wadi is unbeatable for us.
