Room was clean and had a private balcony. We also used the swimming pool on the rooftop, and had it all for ourselves at the time. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Communication was responsive and clear. The breakfast is a buffet with a variety of tasty food options. Hoping to stay here again!

The breakfast was great; the top floor glass windowed - and floored - restaurant was trippy; the pool and sauna were relaxing; the staff was wonderful, especially Smriti, who was at the front desk, but throughout the entire hotel. She was genuinely interested in my well-being, and I assume, everyone's.

The hotel staff is so kind and polite, that at one point I wondered whether I even deserve to be treated THAT nice! Really, I felt like a queen. These are the kind of people who say "you're the MOST welcome, ma'am" instead of "you're welcome" and if an issue arises, they solve it in seconds. What an exceptional hospitality! Everything matches the pictures and there is everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel: comfortable big beds with crispy bedsheets, amazing breakfast, beautiful infinity pool etc., but there are also some nice unexpected touches, like a welcome drink upon arrival, or Chenrezig mantra softly playing in the background during breakfast. It's crazy how you can get such service for such relatively low price. Unmatched quality. The only "disadvantage" is that you get spoiled and it's more difficult to stay in other hotels later.

We liked their hospitality and everything in general. We were welcomed with a scarf and a refreshing drink. We had an excellent, very spacious room with a balcony on the fourth floor. Breakfast and dinner were really good
