The rooms are round a lovely garden which is shared with the owners. It's a shady haven, with a pool, and swings and hammocks to chill in. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. We visited a river beach nearby which was really fun and the Casa da Ponte owners lent us paddle boards. We also enjoyed the pool table and the turtle pond.The owners are really friendly and welcoming but also give you plenty of space. All in all we loved it and hope to be back!

Beautiful room and house with original elements incorporated and preserved and incorporated to the housing. The breakfast was exceptional - nothing too short. A cosy living area with fireplace, which was lit and very welcoming on a bit cloudy day. Little pool in the courtyard that can be used in warmer season.

Nice, spacious terrace and room with a kitchen outside; the TV is also of a good size and high up on the wall; and the staff are really kind. We forgot a pair of glasses and the owner promptly mailed it to us and refused to charge us for it. Great experience! We were just driving home and wanted a stopover for an evening, but I would have liked to stay much longer. We had a lovely sitting room, kitchen, and balcony with a loft bedroom. The interior was creative, clean, and just very nicely done. The grounds were incredible with a shared outdoor kitchen, sauna, pool, and hottub. We went on a great hike to a local river beach. The host was incredibly kind and attentive! We will be back.
