Friendly staff, fast check in, possibility for cooking, big terrace, for every 2 rooms we have a fridge and microwave oven in front of the door. If we will go in Slovakia, we want to return here. This hotel is amazing, location is near by to ski slopes or in summer time for hiking. Hotel has sauna world which is amazing to chill out after skiing or hiking. Breakfast was really good lots of to choose from. Size of the room was very big and spacious. In the evening you can use the bar or play bowling, pool or go to play room. I would like to compliment a receptionist call Veronika, who welcomed us with nice smile, she's the most nicest kindness and helpful receptionist I have ever met. Hotel should be very proud of having her there. She's a star We will definitely be back again.

Overall really great experience & would highly recommend.
