Its staff. They really tried to give you all the help that you needed. We were treated extremely well. Its decoration and architect are also very pleasing. We toured its library floor and the ground floor. The cab area is also well open and well attended by the host. You get pampered. The room is very nice with clean lines. The bathroom is also top notch with the latest touch. Very classy. The seating area (Japanese style) near the window is a treat. We had our snacks sitting near the big bay window watching some sun rise and sunset. An experience that is only to this hotel. We are very glad that we have experienced this place. We had been in Han Lai. It was also nice. But this seating area near the window will make us choose Tai Urban over Han Lai.

The location is excellent, just a few blocks away from MTR station, so anywhere is easily accessible. The hotel is clean and staffs were super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, they make dumplings and local delicacies when you order. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Kaohsiung!

Featuring a rooftop swimming pool and a fitness centre, H2O HOTEL also has 3 on-site restaurants and a bar. I stayed here with my husband for 2 nights in November. This hotel was actually recommended by my sister who stayed here a couple months prior and she loved it so much she insisted I stay here as well. I'm so glad I did. H20 exceeded my expectations. Extremely friendly and professional staff. They also helped shuttle us to the high speed rail station. The shuttle is a private van where we were the only passengers. There's also shuttle service for them to pick up H20 customers from the HSR station as well. Even better this service is free to H20 customers! Our room was spacious and very clean. We booked the package that included a free breakfast. The food was delicious. Included both Western and Asian cuisines. You had the option to grab food from the buffet bar or you can request chefs to make specific dishes that the staff will bring directly to your table (including dishes like french toast, abalone congee, steak, etc). It was truly a memorable and outstanding experience, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future when I'm in Kaohsiung.

The views are wonderful, there's a forest and a lake just outside. There's a pool and 4 fancy restaurants in the hotel.

Our booked hotel included a free ride in the ferris wheel. The buffet breakfast was very good. It was convenient going around Yida with the free shuttle bus.
