Our stay at the Royal Apartments from December 22nd, 2024 to January 4th, 2025 was truly magical. The property boasts a small but dedicated team that ensured all our needs were met with precision and care. From maintaining the pristine condition of the villas to crafting bespoke meals, every detail was meticulously handled. The beautiful towel art and personalized recommendations for island excursions added delightful touches to our experience. Moreover, the stables and lovely horses provided unforgettable beach rides during stunning sunsets, making our stay even more enchanting. A special mention goes to Sophie at the front desk, Zach the manager, Mr. Saidi in F&B, and Chef Ochu, the head chef, for their warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. We highly recommend this experience and would rate it a perfect 9/10.

Mizingani Seafront Hotel is situated just a 2-minute walk from the Zanzibar Ferry Terminal. The hotel offers a restaurant, outdoor pool and 24-hour front desk. Location, comfortable, and loved the Zanzibar decorations and design. The food was excellent! Would definitely choose this hotel in Stonetown again.

Offering three pool and restaurant, the historic Tembo House Hotel is located in Zanzibar City, a 3-minute walk from the Old Fort and House of Wonders. Free Wi-Fi access is available. I love everything about this hotel. It's location, it's views, it's rooms and facilities, but most importantly it's ppl. I felt very welcomed and at home. Only dislike if I have to say something, is that there are currently renovations happening in the left wing which are not a bad thing because they'll eventually enhance the experience. But that resulted in a litttttle bit of noise, barely noticeable for me but other ppl may be annoyed.

- The modern, air-conditioned rooms all come with 42 inch smart TV,mini-fridge and safety deposit box. Each en suite bathroom includes a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Very safe hotel in stone town. Great location. The rooms were super clean and spotless, pillows and mattress were very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options to choose from.
